What Information Do You Use?
We verify your age using your full name, current address and the date of birth you provided when creating your account. The billing address you provide will be used as your current home address. Please be sure that the billing address on your account reflects the address where you currently residing at.
If you cannot verify my age what happen next?
If we are unable to verify that you are at least 18 years old, you will be asked to provide more information; like an ID, Passport or your driver’s licence. You need to send us a photo of your ID to be manually verified by a member of our verification team. We do not store copies of your documents.
